Every project begins with one decision: how the works will be led, contracted, and controlled. NASH is appointed in one of three ways.

One accountable team for technical design development, coordination, approvals and construction under one agreement.

NASH develops the coordinated design and executes it under one agreement.
Each appointment has clearly defined authority, responsibility and commercial governance. Independent certification is not combined with contractor execution where this would create a conflict of interest.
